I use a bass boat to fish out of with removable seat posts. I was thinking about turning them into removable multiple rod holders for drift fishing as I don't use the seats. Was thinking about using PVC somehow. Any ideas?:confused2:

Matt check out the members library. There are several PVC hod holders for boats in there. They are some great design ideas if you don't want to copy one of them.

Matt I have been thinking along the same line. I was thinking of using the seat post for elevation and purchase the TiteLock (large Post) spider rig. It comes with four total adjusted rod holders. Cost from Bass,Pro is $109.99.

Yeah Mickey you got the right idea like 4 holders elevated with the seat post as a base. I havn't seen the rod holder you are talking about tho I will go check it out. You think it is a good "strong" one.
