Thanks anyway. Yellow Creek looks like a great smaller tributarty to fish, but I usually launch in Toronto and that is a haul with a 9.9 and having to lock through. Wellsville has a ramp, I think, but that is a little ways up river. I wonder if there's one on the WV side near Newell or Mountaineer.

there is public launch at east liverpool.
one in chester wv off rt 2
one in new cumberland off rt 2 behind fire house
one in newell wv. rt 2 just before refinery.
need or want more info p.m. me will get better directions.

Thanks Roger. That is helpful. We should hook up and fish sometime this year. I live down on Findley St. in Toronto. I'm new to fishing the big rivers and would love the oportunity to learn from some more experienced river rats. Get in touch sometime.

well good to hear back from you . we can do that when the weather gets a little better. but you need to understand the river is like any place else , some days you can through the kitchen sink and no get a bite.

The one in New Cumberland behind the firehouse has some excellent holes very close by and the fastwater is pretty close too.

You have some excellent excellent spots not 5 minutes away from the Toronto ramp too.
