I have a 16 ft starcraft semi vee I am needing to put a new floor in. Any ideas on a material other than wood and carpet? I need something that I can just spray off with a hose when done fishing.

Thats what I have in my boat goin on 4 years now. Forget the carpet. Its a mess waitin to happen. Mix plenty of sand in your paint. A good deck and porch paint works just fine.

I would go with the vinyl if you can afford it,light weight and easy clean up.as far as installing it i personally wouldn't do it my self i would find a shop to do it,maybe you are able to install your self but i think it's pretty exspensive to be messing up,hope this helps

I've heard the spray truck bed liner works well. They sell it in rattle cans.

truck bed liner will work great for this. I know that some companies are making a "smooth" version for use on exterior stuff.
