    he used 1/2 inch acx plywood and did some real good coating to make sure the wood seals. all the work has been done mainly by shawn. aka. ssminner. i was mainly a tool hander and light holder. lol its his boat and he is def. doing it right. i only sit back and answer what he asks. lol:smile2:

    great job boys. It looks like you didn't just throw it together and it all fits snug and tight. I am sure you will break it in right out on the water soon.

    Nice job on those decks!!

    I did a deck job on a lowe john similar to what you have done. One word of caution though. I was snagging for spoon bill and was stopped by the Mo. fish and game to check out my license and life jackets and all the other boat regs.

    Every thing was fine except I almost got a ticket for not having proper venting of my gas tank. I had an opening like yours, he said I needed to have vents for fresh air in and out. It was a close call but he let me go.

    Dont know but you might want to check out what the requirements are.

    Those decks sure look good!!!!

    were hoping to pick up a few winter blues in it. it def. fits snug. do it right the first time or dont do it at all. lol:big_smile:
