Bluegill - Where are they?

    last summer and fall i fished alot in the ohio river on the louisville side around the rowing club dock and also in beargrass creek and i didnt see or catch any bluegill i fished those two spots alot over a 5 or 6 month period. Did any one else have any problem with this? So if anyone can help with this let me know..................thanx:confused:

    Joe, you might want to try getting your bluegill out of farm ponds or in small creeks. The Ohio has way too many predators to sustain large concentrations of bluegill. Vern

    thanx VL i have tried fishing beargrass creek for them also and no luck in shallow or deep water. With no wheels its hard to get to good ponds:sad:
