Bluegill pond

    well...took the wife down to an ole bluegill infested farm pond..thought it would be a good way to get her started in fishing....in 3 hours we had cought over 100 pan frying sized fish off of worms..it was worth the world to me to see her smile each and every time shee hooked into one...even got her baiting her hook and taking the fish off...one of the best times i've ever had fishing

    i never pass up a chance to do some great bluegill fishing! it's nice to have those things tear up your line every 5 seconds!

    You have made a great accomplishment; getting your wife to bait her own hook and take the fish off!!!

    That sounds like a fun place to fish.

    it's hard to fish with 2 poles cause the bite so quick...hoping to take my kids tomorrow if the weather clears

    Sounds like a great time. They bite often, fight hard and taste great.
