Hey guys, I am going to Big Mac next weekend camping/fishing and I am unclear on the use of bluegill as cutbait there. I have searched the regs and I see that cutbait is legal but it doesn't state what type of fish is legal. I am hoping to catch a mess of bluegill here in Colorado Springs so when I get there I am ready to go so I am just trying to clarify that I will be legal in doing this. Any help/tips for the lake is MUCH appreciated.

just don't bring live fish with you otherwise you should be fine. Nebraska allows the use of any legally caught fish that is legal to keep to be used as bait in the water it was taken from (live bait) and you can use cutbait too. the only place you could run into a snag is if you were fishing someplace where they have a 10 inch minimum on gills and bring small dead ones with you.
