my kayak cat rigg!
Nice rigging. What kayak is that? Did you have any trouble with the outriggers getting in the way of your stroke?
That is an awesome outfit there, Trent. The first word that came to mind was formidable!
Now, what is that at the front of the cockpit, before the fish finder? That was the one thing I noted that would be way too far forward for me...the fish finder. I suppose I like to tinker too much!
Those outriggers are a fly-fisherman's dream...what makes them so necessary for the catfish platform?
Welcome to the BOC, Trent!
Nice job at rigging. Gotta love PVC !!!
that is the platform to cut up bait on and with the outriggers attached to the platform i can stand incase i get a monster! it holds my weight without tipping really good.:smile2:
p.s. thanks everybody
Very Nice, does it drag alot in the water when paddling?
I have always loved boats of all types, but have never considered a kayak. Looking at your rig has me considering something entirely different. Thanks for sharing, it is waaay cool. Welcome to BOC!! Reps to ya!
Trent you certainly tricked out your kayak, that is a nice rig

Welcome to the BOC, James! It's always good to have another yakker on board. :0a25:
We're growing in numbers. slowly but surely.:cool2:
We are growing!
I am now addicted to kayak fishing! All I can say is that it is very peaceful compared to powerboating(nothing wrong with a powerboat, I own one) and it is a thrill to get towed around a lake by a large fish! It does not get any better than kayak fishing in my opinion!!!!
P.S. anyone that fishes from a kayak and has free time at the end of Oct, come fish the coast in GA, GKF is hosting the last leg of our statewide tourney! It is going to be a blast with an expected 75 kayak fishers!
im begining to think id like to have one
Have an x factor I have been dying to get wet. Bought it in April, my business exploded, haven't had time or the river's been flooded all summer. Got to got to get out there, man!
i am t yak er as well and it has to be a lot better the a large boat because i can launch any place i want and also can get way back in the weeds were a large boat cant.
:0a25:Welcome to the BOC, Jeremy!
