Went wednesday, caught a good bunch of blues, dad and mom went thurs friday both days caught there limit of 2 to 10lb Sat night fish 3 hours only 3 fish Sunday afternoon 10 blues all on small cuts of shad Fished in 4ft and 30ft did not matter they seemed to be on the move one here and their Going back fri sat sun [good luck hope this helps ]Make sure when drifting you slow your drift down as slow as you can, that seems to help alot. We tryed it both ways and when we slow down we got hit more offten.[about 1/2 to 1 mile pre hour :cool2:no faster]

Same here slow drifts,we had 1 about 10 lbs and several 3 to 6 lbrs on sunday afternoon. The lil shad whole got the most hits the last two trips, with bigger shad heads split in half a close second.

Ended up with a limit of blues and a couple channels, still not the fastest actoin.

Thanks for the info Dan! I was down there this weekend but had a blind date so no fishing at all. Was out on our ski boat though, super loud and kind of fast black/gray inboard out 20 foot Chapparel. I was mainly running between the dam and the Oar House since I know that water. Oh, blind date was fun too ! Might get down there sometime this week, if so I will post how I do. Chris

hunting them with dogs would be cool Matt, I tried it twice last year on our farm setting in a blind running calls, never got a cyote but got two bobcats and a fox.

I spent years hunting coyotes with running dogs back in Nebraska, and of course most of us had a trail dog to get em out of the timber, man, those were some good times:smile2:
