No Blues! But here on the eastside of the state, we have the white cats. They are like smaller version of the blues.

are there only flats in PA. I have relatives in Altoona and a couple near by towns. I have only fished at Whipple Dam about 18 yrs or so ago. caught trout and salamanders..

I live in Grand Forks, ND.. fish the Red River (Channel only so I know how you feel on being able to only catch the one species..

have a good time with the biggn's

No blues in the Delaware:sad2: P.A. or N.J. The Potomac is a beautiful river thats closer than you think and becoming a excellent Blue cat fishery. Like Tim said, take a trip there and let him show you.

I would use the Fort Washington Ramp and set up out around the light house to start the main channel there is 70 to 80 feet with flats on both sides. Watch the tide and most of all watch the wind it can turn the river bad very fast at times. If the wind is much over 15mph it can be unsafe to fish

Here is a pic of a 21lb blue I got on the Potomac while fishing on Tim's boat. And this is just a baby compared to some of the blues caught.

The non-residents plus 14.00 for the bay license for a year or 6.00 for 5 days
