I found a homemade bait, You obtain some cow blood from your local slaughterhouse. Then chill it for 5 days at 32*F until it forms an unappetizing mass like gelatin. Then pour onto hard level surface, flatten it into pancake shape about 1 inch thick. Alow to congel , then cut into squares from 1 to 3 inches across. Has anyone ever tried this? I haven't tried it yet, but I think it would work good. Let me hear from ya'll on this thanks, 1bigblue

Blood is an awesome bait for catching channels. Try drifting it you will be suprised how many big channels you'll catch.

Definately sounds like a bait that would catch you a bunch of channels and yellow bellies
