dang Skippy it's bait, johnny bait.:smile2: Just filleted out 2 limits and they are on tomorrows menu. Stinkin birdie tricked me though, we never got bit on a wiggle wart, but put the smack down on them with Lucky Craft jerk baits in Tablerock shad color, Stacey 90. Forgot camera but biggest was a sow that would go 6 or better. She's still swimmin but her smaller friends just got the knife. Seen a slooosh of eagles, a few deer and froze our katookus off. Had a great time and as usual, Walker beat me by 1 stinkin fish. Sometimes i don't think the student can ever best the teacher.:confused2:

sounds like some good fishing, when the cats aren't biting sometimes you have to do what you have to do, even when you aren't proud of yourself for doin it...

We put in at Eagle rock and stayed pretty close all daylong. Rock creek was as far as we went. Most bites happened when the bait was stopped. A few of the fish slammed it but for the most part, ya just felt weight. Water temp was 43*. Walker fished Shell Knob last week and said he couldn't get a bite on a jerk bait so it's just starting i think. The fish i cleaned were full of shad.

I don't discriminate against fish in the Bass or Perch family, I like to catch them all. My only problem is, to get to Table Rock I have to pass bye Warsaw. And thats not an easy thing for me to do!!! LOL
Congrats on a good fishing trip, sounds like fun !!!!
