    I saw that on the news. I don't want to be on it cause I'm afraid to fly. never been on a plane and have no desire to ever be on one.

    Jon thanks for sharing. That sure is a big dude. If you filled that with some heavy weights, I'm not sure it could get them all off ground.:big_smile:

    Thanks for sharing! Man that's gonna take some time to board when they call all the passengers to start boarding! But it would be fun to go somewhere on it,as long as they can keep it in the air!:big_smile:

    They build engines for those where I work.
    They are a version of the GE90 which to my knowledge is the largest jet engine built.
    A GE90 puts out 90-115,000 pounds of thrust depending on configuration.
    The dry weight of a GE90 is is around 19,000 lbs.!
    We've got some big forklifts to get those things loaded on trucks.:big_smile:

    It is amazing that something that big can fly! I guess the orders are kind of slow coming in for it.
