big albino catfish

    back in october i made a post about a big albino cat i got on the mississippi river at new madrid, it was a 40 pounder and was very strong for a fish that size, i took it to the boat ramp to show a guy that has fished the river for many yrs. he said it was the biggest one he had ever seen out of the river. well we took a pic. & let it go. then i lost the pic. today i was looking for some papers in my desk & found the pic. of the albino. so here it is

    That is the bigest one I have seen. I caught a small one weighted about 1 pound.
    That is a nice fish. Thanks for sharing.

    Wow:crazy: i have never seen one that big. I have always heard its like a disease and they dont live very long. I guess you proved that wrong thanks for posting.:big_smile:

    Great catch! Im used to seeing 6-10" albino channels from when I managed a petshop. We sold em for pond keepers.
