Best weight for slip float

    I was wandering, what would be the best weight to use with a slip float?

    i think my setup is a 3oz sinker with a 8inch float..something like that.also make sure you put some of those little plastic beads under the float to keep the sinker from smashing the bottom of it when you cast.i also put a bead below the sinker to keep it off my hook.i use those little beads for everthing i bought a pack at walmrt like 5000 of them for 2 or 3 bucks.:)

    When I us a sli float rig I use the Thill Big center sliders with a 1 once weight. Usually works out pretty good.
