I just wanted to put this out there to see what the response was. Just because of the size I would have to say the Ohio River is a given. The trouble is that I have not had any sucess on the river itself. The mouths of creeks have worked for me. Does anyone know where I can fish and have some decient amount of sucess? Any info would help. I like to fish from portsmouth to Aberdeen, so if anyone cares to share I welcome the knowledge. Thanks in advance.

First welome to the BOC , if you are fishing the Portsmouth area I would try the mouth of the Scioto also around the power plants. I fish by the one in Racine and have done well there. No world records yet, lol, but I did hook a MONSTER down there about 5 years ago that broke my 40 lb line. By far the strongest fish I've had on the recieving end of my Gamakatsu hook.
