Great night of fishing Brandon! How far south you been going? A buddy of mine tells me he's tearing them up at the state fishing lake, but he's been known to fib a little...:eek:oooh:

I agree 150%!!! I really hate to go out to a spot that I and my buddy spent time scouting out, only to find it occupied by guys who are just going to take all the fish they catch and leave all kinds of trash when they leave!!!!! My buddy, my son and I are all sworn to secrecy on some of our spots!

well that post was a therad stopper:sad2: sorry. well any ways he was cought on a ~8" bluegill with the head cut off then i fillet it length wise leaving the top skin uncut then i fold it over so the insides on the outside and the outsides in, then i hook it in the top front were its folded through both sides. this makes the bait look bigger put off max scent and it seems to keep the bait from rehooking itself. Penn 220gto loaded with 40# penn line 7' ugly stick BWB 12oz homemade no roll biggest brass swivel walmart has and a 12/0 black and blue circle hook.

Dang, Brandon! You got a good system there from rod, reel, line, weight,
swivel to bait presentation and hook. No wonder Mr. Big and his posse
were fascinated with your offering. Congrats on both form and style!
