You can get a good Okuma Baitrunner for about $50-under in the right place. They're good reels, and the runners are always a plus.

Okuma Avenger with baitrunner. It comes in various sizes. I got a few, best spinning reel for the money. Do a search for Okuma and you'll find about everyone is starting to carry them.

I think the Penn Silverado's are around or under 50.00, and the Penn Captiva come in around there too. I understand they are quite good for the price.

Thanks for all the help! I checked out the Okuma Avenger ABF 90, and the Daiwa Emcast 6000, both look like excellent reels for the money, will probably go with one of the two.

It depends on the size of the fish.
