Ok so I haven't been out in like almost 3 months. Went out to get bait and it starts raining, I didn't think it was supposed to rain. Didn't really get the shad that I wanted to get so I'm kind of bummed but it's still good to get out fishing again. Get out to my spot, get a fire going and bam get a hit. Pop a 5 pound flat. 10 minutes pop another 5 pounder. then I get my best fish of the year a 38lb, 42.5by28 inch flat. Ended with a 11 pound flat. I let the little guys go without pictures but here's the rest. I think I had a total of 8 hits in 4 hours. All of the fish caught barely bit at all. I'm ending this year on a good note, only 7 more months to go--yuck!

Nice fish Adam. I was going to hit the river that night but went salmon fishing instead.
