I caught two 2-3 pound carp a few days ago, and i was wondering where i should use them, because once they're thawed the blood runs and they're no good, and ice doesn't keep'em frozen for longer than one night trip. I live in East walnuthills, about 2 minutes away from the ohio, 15 minutes away from the Little Miami, and about 20 minutes away from the east fork little miami river, i don't want to fish the ohio because i want to keep my catch.

    What river would you suggest?

I wouldn't recommend any rivers if you're planning on eating them. You should probably try out one of the Hamilton County park lakes, such as Miami Whitewater. If you want to eat the fish, te channel cats are farm raised and stocked frequently.
