best baits

    i got cut suckers and chups are them as good as skipjack

    Im more of a shad and skipjack guy but I do catch alot of redhorse suckers around weed beds. I've had alot of luck around the feeder creeks and using them live for flatheads. But if they are better I wouldn't prefer them but I do use alot of them.

    Jake its hard to beat a skipjack on Blues. I like to use large skipjack heads on them. The skipjack is an oily bait fish.

    well skipjacks are realy hard to get, so im going for the next best,gearing up for altone blues again

    Im gettin ready to get after some blues around here. The skipjack are here and it is hard to beat for bluecats. My personal best blue, came on a bluegill head. I would fish those baits Jake if I couldn't get skipjacks.

    Jake take it from another Jake you can get skipjack. Call big reds or petes and tell them Jake sent ya. He will get you some.
