Has anyone tried the new Berkley Fireline Braid yet? If so, what you think of it?

    Ogden, Kansas,
I have run this braid for 3 years. It floats, so it helps me keep track of the
bobbers I use. It has little stretch to it so tightlining is a little tighter and I
can use heavier sinkers to post the bait on river bottoms. I have liked its
good qualities and put up with the floating line because I can compensate
for it when it becomes an issue. With a heavy mono leader there is enough
stretch so if a big cat grabs the bait and makes a short run I can take up
the slack and if I feel the cat moving a bit, I can flick back the rod tip and
drive the Tru-Turn hook into the corner of his mouth with little trouble. All
in all, it is a dependable line that has served me well and brought in what
fish I have managed to hook. Now I need to find a few more fish to hook!
