Berkley carp power bait

    Has anyone fished with this bait? And how do you like it? Think it comes in Corn,Vanilla and Strawberry.......Thanks Jeff :big_smile:

    Never had any luck with Power Bait or any other commercial carp bait. Much better luck with worms, corn, and my own homemade concoctions.

    I tried it and nothing happened. Use corn tortillas instead.

    I think it is carp repellant. Never caught thing, and have seen carp avoid it when it is on topwater. Not worth 50 cents IMO.

    I tried some strawberry stuff last year, not too impressed with it.

    Skip it Wallbass tried it numerous times nada not even a channel cat will go for it...

    I have used this with no fish to show for it. Just leave it where it is on the shelf.

    Reading all these negative reports about the berkley carp bait combined with many negative reports I've read on berkly catfish bait, mainly the berkley livers, I'm amazed at how well the trout bait works for me. Guess it shows that Catfish and Carp are smarter than Trout.
