Did anyone fish below Truman Dam this weekend? Just wandering how you did. Are they letting much water out yet? I talked to a guy today that lives around deepwater today and he told me that they were going to start letting a lot of water out on July 3rd. Dont know how true that is. I would think they wouldn't let a big amount of water out on a holiday weekend.

Im going tonight and will let you know how we did Tom.
They are running water thru the generators, 30,000 cfs today but havent opened up the spillway gates yet. I imagine when they do it will be rippin for a while as Truman is 21+ feet above normal pool. Should be some great fishin below the dam for quite a while.
