which do you guys prefer a bell or a bait clicker
clicker..i always had to keep taking the bells off so i could cast
I like the clicker the best but I still use some jingle bells on some rods that I have that don't have clickers on them.
in some situations I use both, but the clicker is my dominant bite indicator
i dont have clickers so its jingle bells for me
Nothing gets my attention quite like a screaming clicker
Clicker for me....
the reason i ask this guys is because some of the larger baits i use i have to use a clicker otherwise the bell would be ringing all night but other times i think a bell would be better for smaller less active baits when the fish are finicky
Good point! I used to use a bell also but I stopped because the bigger baits would have that thing jingling for a long time. Now I just go with the clicker and the chem stick tips.
clicker,if i am going to take a nap.otherwise,i don't use it.not fond of bells either,i hear them ringing,i think something is wrong upstairs in the old mind..
I don't have any reels with clickers yet, and I use bells once in a while.
I prefer to stare right at the tip of my rods all night. lol
bells my fine freinds love to here them bells oooh:
When I need to i'll use a clicker and sometime I will use jiggel bells
My baitcasters has baitclicker, but I dont use them much. My spinning reels dont, I nomally just use tight line.
I use bait clickers and I use glow sticks when fishing from the bank.
clickers for me, all the way!
i use a bell, since i dont have any clickers  id like to compare them sometime though....
I use clickers or watch the glow sticks. On my spinning reels I use nothing but glow sticks.
i usually use both depends on the bait i have on large baits get clickers and smaller or dead baits get bells
a clicker is the way to go,it makes it much easier to judge a bite or a drag from the current
