This is my beef rib mop sauce recipe...This mop sauce is rollin..Makes killer ribs slow cooked on the charcoal pit..The vinegar keeps the ribs tender and juicy..Slightly sweet with a lil bit of a bite.

    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
    4 tablespoon paprika
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    2 tablespoons ground cumin
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons salt
    2 tablespoons ground black pepper
    1 tablespoon ground oregano
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon cayenne

Mix it all up..You can store it in a jar in the fridge and mop it all over your ribs next time you throw some on the grill..
