As many of you know I live in Beaufort which is about 2-3hours from Santee. I am getting my new BBQ smoker soon. I could cook for the next gathering that we have, I have never been to one yet. I am all about some brisket, pork and beer butt chickens. If anyone has any other suggestions lets hear them

Chris, I'm in myrtle beach, if we can get enough of us together maby we can have a gatherin. maby one of the mods can slowdown enough to show us how to set it up and have one? they been doin great job and need to get a breath of air!
