baked rabbit with garlic & potatoes

    took 1/2 domestic rabbit. placed in a sprayed casserolle dish. added a peppery season all and a jalapeno seasoning. pinched some parsley and oregano over top. cubed up 3 potatos and hand full whole baby carrots. removed the outer skin from 1 whole head garlic. sprinkeld course kosher salt and black pepper over vegs. poured 1/2 cup water in and wrapped with foil. baked in oven at 375 for 2 hrs.

    topped taters with butter and squeezed out roasted garlic cloves to eat with meat and in potatoes.

    Jeremy, that looks plumb laripan:dribble::hungry:!! Haven't had any rabbit in awhile and that sure looks good.

    I got a get some rabbit and try out your recipe's.
    I haven't seen one yet that didn't make my mouth water. I just got through eating and now I want RABBIT.

    I think I might start raising a few.

    in the hunting section under small game area we have a thread on rabbit raising, stop in sometime,lol.

    We're takin 11 beagles to the woods tomorrow. Hopefully it won't be all shootin an smoke. I'll try this, sounds great.
