How often do you check your bait? How often do you change your bait?
After every bite.
It all depends on the type of bait you are using at the time, but at lease every 20 to 30 minutes on any type of bait or after every bite.
Take it easy,

Thats about my average as well.
Same here, It also depends on how much bait I have. Sometimes I don't have much bait and just have to let my baits sit a lot longer then I like to. I like to keep very fresh bait in the water with the scent still coming off of them.
After about 15 minutes of no bites. If It's getting nibbled at I'll Let it sit for about 5 minutes after the last bite and see if it got chewed up or if it's still there.
Im with everyone else on this also
Depends on where I'm fishing.10-15 minutes average
LMAO. ROTF. Remind me never to go on the water with you without a life jacket. You know this stuff is going to end up on some famous quote board.
John, I think you need to check your bait more often! you won't go thru as many boats that way.
