Has anyone tried a bait pump for tubes? I have read you inject crappie nibbles into the tube and that helps in catching.

Not sure about injecting them but this woman who was fishing by where i was, was putting a little ball of powerbait on the hook w/ her tube...she swore it caught more crappie...i'm not sure though.

Are youo talking about the syringe looking thing? I know a couple of the guys down at the dock were using that thing and outfishing the guys with live minnows. I have never used it though.

Bought one a couple of months ago. Works great. Bait lasts a lot longer and there is less waste. Nibbles always seem to improve the bite.

I just got one in a couple of days ago...I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I haven't heard any negative reviews of it! Everything I have read about it has been rave reviews...

Another board I'm on has the guy who makes it as a member also.Works as advertised, solid construction, inexpensive.
I'm not a big believer in nibbles, but if you are, this is a great product that pays for itself.Nibbles are starting to cost 4-5 $ a jar.

Chartreuse nibbles work wonders in my area. I always have a jar with me.
I find that brim like them too...usually the bigger brim!
