Awsome new catfish rig

    ok ive heard of people using green lights to atract fish so im gona put a bead on the line then an egg sinker then a bead still with me? then im going to tie on a three way swivel and on one side a wire leader with a live gill and the other side a glowstick atatached to a 6 inch peice of line so what do you think is it too much? so it basicly a cat rig with a three way swivel holding a gill and a glowstick

    I like it...I don't know about catfish, but they use something similar for Walleye. Might work great for cats. Let us know.

    Interesting. I have been experimenting recently with those big, neon green and pink floating jigheads made for walleye. I seem to have better luck than with a plain hook. Let us know how you do!

    I think you're on to something big... "Green Light... GO!!! Keep us posted on how it works out for you. This could be the next biggest rig to hit catfishing.

    Maybe use a rod to cast the glow stick out under a float and rigged, with weight if needed, for a certain depth, then cast to the light with another rod.
