This may be a useless thread to some, but I just wanted some opinion's.Yesterday I witnessed a co-worker put change in the soda machine and did'nt dispense his product.Oh the anger that set in.After a few choice word's & several horse-kick's to that poor machine a lot of damage was done. However, this same person will go to the casino on a regular basis, lose about $200.00,walk out of the place with a smile and say "that was fun"! If losing a couple of hundred dollar's is 'fun',why was he ready to kill over losing seventy-five cent's? Go figure

After going to casinos on a regular basis he may not have 75 cents to spare. Still no excuse

This happens all the time you think that the vending companys would work out the bugs . You can bet that when they total up they make a profit damage included. If you put a 20 dollar bil in a change machine and nothing happened would you walk away or take action. In gambling the house always has the advantiage a vending machine is supose to give you a product.

We have this happen all the time. I went on a ATM call yeaterday where some a__hole beat in the key pad. What he didn't think of was he's on camera.
People need to realize these are machines just like any other machine. They beak just like your car breaks. It is very childish in my book to act like a three year old. What he should have done is call the soda company and report it..

Most of the time, they get hung up because someone put a sticky coin or some pennies or a washer in it. They are built to take a lot of kicking without being damaged.

I would never kick or beat a soda machine not when I have a tire iron and/or a cutting torch in the back of my truck truck. lol Seriously I don't do that as when I see the soda guy I just tell him I lost my money and he pays me back no questions asked and it doesn't happen that often for me to get upset over. Like stated before, it's just a machine and it's only .75 cents.

Some people have a gambling problem, and accept the risk of losing when they go to a casino.

Buying a soda should not be a gamble, it should be a thirst quencher. LMAO

where are you guys finding machines that will give you drink for 75 cents, I haven't seen one in a couple of years for anything under a $1, and most are at least $1.25 + now.

Those were the answers I was looking for.Just think of the damage that could be done if vending machines dispensed beer and someone lost money in one.

I'm with you on this one George.I was taught year's ago that they don't build casino's to lose money. I never had bad luck myself with soda machine's,newspaper machine's,different story.
