Welcome to Texas, lake Arrowhead is a great lake to fish. Big fish in that lake.
I have always used juglines out there by the oil towers. Drifting is a good way to fish this lake with shrimp or cut baits but watch out for the GAR, they are big and bad out there.
When jugline fishing, I use goldfish. They work pretty good and chicken livers work good also.
Get with the Game Warden at the State Park and he will tell you some good spots to fish out there also.
    Good Luck
