My son-in-law made a trip to Dardanell dam to catch some skips, he filled an ice chest full. Caught on crappie jigs pink heads with white curly tails, I did not get any photos of them maybe next time.
I was able to catch a couple skips below lock 13 the other day , If we were allowed to get closer to the gates I believe we could catch alot more. Also, if the water would clear up some I believe more could be caught, real muddy right now. It wont be long until the river is back to normal I am hoping :dribble:
How is it going guys. Me n my brutha was thinking about coming down there n the next week r 2 to get sum skippies. I want to know when is it a good time to catch them running and where.
Hard to figure out the skips here in Arkansas,at times you can catch a boat load other times you are wasting your time.
