Any one ever hear of a Applebee boat or something like that guy says it came from Dale Hollow Tenn. Has a 20 Hp Merc Thunderbolt on it. Says he wants to sell it but I do not need another boat .

I owned an Appleby back in 1977 it was only a 9 footer but I had a 9.9 hp moter on it and it would move pretty well I used it for trotlining ,it was perfect for a15 year old at the time.

I dont know that model boat . But you could always go look at it and maybe turn it around for a sell in your area .

I have a 14 foot Appleby with 9.9 on it- excellent small water boat. 500 sounds a bit steep tho. I am pretty sure that I have seen useable boats for $2-300 around here in the paper (Western KY). Mine is thin aluminium and lieghtweight. Hope this helps.

Thanks Squaretail yea it doe's sound a bit steep although it is in excellent condition except floor. I have searched the net and can't find any info on these boats although a few people say they were good boat's .I doubt I would buy it but said I would ask around for him though .
