There is nothing better than hot Apple Crunch and ice cream.

4-6 apples (your choice of apple, I like the red variety or what ever the tree has on it).
    Quaker Oats
1 stick butter (It does not have to be real butter)
    Cinammon
brown sugar (you can use white)

Dice or slice apples in small pieces, melt butter add oats and sliced apple. The brown sugar and the cinnamon is up to you. I like a lot of cinnamon in mine, and not so much sugar, you will just have to play with it, but I would start with 1/3 cup brown sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. You want the oat mixture solid, this is going to be placed on a greased cookie sheet. Oven at 325, until apples get soft.

I like to eat mine right out of the oven with ice cream on them.
