Anyone tried the knock off Gamakatsu hooks on Ebay..

    I have used them and never had a problem. They stay sharp and don't rust easily.

    Almost but then i lost the bid. After that I looked at my tackle box and decided oh well maybe I have enough hooks for this season....lol... I was a bit skeptical though... so i am glad you brung up this post....thinking the same as you harper is it one of those you get what you pay for deals.....lol

    I bought 100 for $2.99. They are not as sharp as my usual Owner SSW hooks, or the real Gammys, but they have done OK. :big_smile_2:

    Bought some awhile back, couple hundred as I recall. The hooks looked good but would straighten out easily when hung up. They were 7 oughts and I wasn't impressed so I relisted them on ebay and got my money back. Only name brand hooks in the future for me.
