Anyone have a good turtle gumbo soup recipe?

    Above is the link to the Gumbo recipe I use for about everything. I have made it with duck, squirrel, chicken, pork, crawdads, deer, beef, sausage. I would suggest that if you use this to cook the turtle really well, I would take the chunks and add some oil in a skillet, and cook well, before adding it.

    I've quit making gumbo from scratch. Instead, I simply use frozen Surfine Vegetable Gumbo Mix and add whatever meat I want: chicken, sausage, etc.

    I had snapper gumbo it was very good eating I felt like i was down in the big easy during mardi gras rick
