Rodger - I've fished Keystone a few times from a boat and through the ice. This lake is very deep. I'm not sure about the Cat population but it has Walleye, Bass, Muskie and panfish. There are a lot of submerged brush piles around the lake that sportsman groups put out on the ice and sink into place at spring thaw. If your taking a boat there is a launch on the right side of the lake about a mile or so above the dam. There is also a bait and tackle store along this road.
