Anyone catching Bait at Pickwick ?

    Ace as long as theres current the skipjack will be easy to catch. Fish right below the dam. About 40 yards or so the current turns and goes back to the dam. If you can get right where the current seam is there. There easy to catch. If not fish right on one of the big rocks that should be part of the way out of water. Cast out and reel in slow. Most times if you have more then one jig on. They will be more then one skipjack on.
    If there not there. Go go down to where the trees start. And fish that point, thats one of the best spots to catch them.

    Ace also welcome to the BOC. Let us know how you did on the bait quest. Wish I could get up there and meet you, But just not able this weekend.

    Friday I was using little hair jigs in white, Marabu and the weigh was I think 1/16 oz I had 3 tied on . Just watch others that are catching skipjack. What ever there using is a good bet on what to use.
