any suggestions

    i've got a few ambassadeur 6000 reels that i'm needing to get rods for.i was thinking 7'6''-8' mh or heavy rods.what would yall suggest for a good quality rod for around $40 or $50.

    American Spirit Nite Stick Pro Model 7'6". It's a great rod right in your price range. I had a 6000 on one of mine and it was fine. Let us know what you get.

    I use berkely glowstiks. But a good cheap pole that I would suggest would be a berkely big game.

    For a store bought rod, I highly recommend the Shakespeare UglyStik Tiger rods. Keep in mind they are an offshore rod so a M/H is going to be pretty stiff, I would recommend a medium. Cabelas has em for $55.99 plus shipping, plus $6.00 per rod overlenth handling fee.
