ok, let's get away from the hard stuff and just look at a couple of rock groups...when it is cold out, if you're in the sticks, you get your dog to lie next to you to keep you warm.....when it is really cold out you need more than one dog.....hence the name "Three Dog Night":smile2:

they did some decent stuff.....their worthy adversary?

The Guess Who.....tell me what songs you liked from both of these bands

Phil - Two great bands! My favorite Three Dog Night songs are Shambala, One, Mama Told Me (not to come), Old Fashioned Love Song, Out In the Country, The Show Must Go On & Celebrate. My favorite Guess Who songs are No Time, American Woman, No Sugar Tonight/New Mother Nature, Hand Me Down World, Share The Land, Hang On To Your Life, Clap For The Wolfman, Laughing. I didn't vote in the pole cause I can't pick one over the other.

Three Dog Night is my pick of these two, not that I don't enjoy The Guess Who . Favorites? Well, let me see.....TDN - Black and White (been stuck in my head since third grade when another kid brought the 45 to school ), One, Liar, Never Been to Spain; TGW - These Eyes, American Woman (who DOESN'T like it :smile2:) No Sugar Tonight/New Mother Nature. Mr.Washburn, you've actually managed to surprise me - never thought I'd see ya startin' a rock and roll poll :cool2:.

Shambala, American woman. Ozark Mountain Dare devils ; Jakie blue. And Jackson Brown; running on empty. Oh to answer the question. Three dog night is my pick out of the 2 you said.
