    Bread Pudding
Makes 6 servings or maybe 4

    Preheat the oven to 375
Always use a Mixing bowl bigger than You think You Need

    6 ea eggs
    2 cups milk
    ½ pint half & half
    1 tablespoon vanilla
    ½ cup sugar or splenda
    ¾ stick butter (Melted)
    ½ teaspoon nutmeg
    ¼ teaspoon salt
    5 slices dried bread
cinnamon & butter for the top before baking

    use a 9 X 11 inch glass dish

beat the eggs and sugar together
add the rest and stir well

pour over the bread and let set 10 minutes

sprinkle the top with cinnamon and dots of butter

bake at 375 for 45 minutes to whatever
until a knife blade comes out clean

    THIS ONES WORTH TRYING
