Went fishing last night at Alum Creek. Water even lower than my last trip 2 weeks ago. Started out after dark throwing my cast net for shad, got several and started looking for a good bank close to deep water to land boat. Fished awhile from the bank casting to maybe 10' deep. Only caught a dink, packed up and prepared to move. Move to the mouth of a cut back cove, casts 1 pole toward the mouth opening , 1 pole away from opening paralleling cliff bank . The cliff bank was the ticket.Caught one around 4 pounds or so and the 1 fat pig weighting 11 pound 14 ounce. All in all a nice night on the water. Here are a few pics.
