Is it low enough to fish from the bank? I checked on mo.water.usgs.gov and it is staging around 18 feet, but I don't know if that's high, low, or what. Thanks

If you are talking about Maple Island or even the Illinois bank, you will be fine even if it comes up another couple feet. Can't ever remember the point that the parking lot floods but it is 21-23 ft somewhere in that range.

    Good luck!

I was referring to the Missouri side of Alton where everybody launches there boats. I'm guessing if it's 21 feet or so before it goes under then everything is fine.
