before they will start feeding again?
Eric aka Deerhunter 01 had one to break off while trying to get in the boat and it hit his other bait on the way down that was hanging just below the surface. So I guess if they are hungry and on the run it doesn't take long.
I witnessed Ryan Simcox, (Eric's boy), catch the same flathead twice in less than 30 minutes a few years back
Funny that this comes up. Just last weekend, my buddy landed a channel that he thought was tangled in his other pole. But when he got it in he found that it had swallowed the hook on his one line and then hit the other pole that he landed it on. So I guess if they're hungry, there's no stopping them.
