RECIPE FROM ONE OF THE RESCUE GROUPS.

It’s incredibly easy and a healthy treat for warm weather.

32 oz vanilla yogurt (watch the sugar substitutes)
1 mashed banana or one large jar of baby fruit
2 Tblsp all natural peanut butter (watch the salt content)
    2 Tblsp honey

Blend all together and freeze in ice cube trays. Store in zip-lock bags. The recipe says to microwave a few seconds before serving

    And no Heart-burn

Do you think the cooler weather we are going to receive tomorrow and this weekend lock the jaws of the Blues?
