    Well that was fun!

I just got to listen to my youngest make his disc jockey debut on the radio! (Marshall University radio)

Played some good tunes and only had one dead air incident, not too bad for a rookie!

    Signed, proud papa!

Congrats Lawrence on the new family disc jockey. I bet your head is swelling so much that you will need a size larger hat.

To tell the truth,, I am just tickled pink that we got him back in school. He had a very serious case of the " I am going to be a rock star, so why do I need to go to school or try to get a decent job".

Had to be pretty hard on him(and us) for a while, but it is looking like it may have been worth it. (hard headed little feller, I wonder where he could have gotten that from?? )

My kids are finding there own feet as well, one thing I stress to them is that you can do anything you want, but get your education first that way at least you have something to fall back on, Your son can be a "rock star" if he wants but get his education first, good job into getting him back to school, nothing like college or school radio, one of my fav's station is HPU station some great music and some not but that what makes it great,
