When using floats on lakes how do you keep the line from floating all over the place, I have always had this problem. Am I using the wrong kind of line?

I usually just let the line float around where ever it goes....just trying to keep too much line from getting tangled. You can use a sinker to weight it down where you want it to stay.

I feel that letting the line float along is a good thing as long as it doesn't get you snagged up along the way it's traveling..This lets you cover more water area and not just sitting in one spot all the time, otherwise ya might as well be on the bottom with a no-roll sinker..

Try adding a sinker on with it and see if that helps:wink:
