A good bait...

    I was just wondering if mullet would be a good cut bait for channels, flats, and blues. Or would it not be a good bait at all.

    i,ve used it down here in my neck of the woods and havent got any cats in fresh water,,but the gar likes it. I have got a few salt water cats with it. but more sharks than cats.

    I can't tell you how great of a bait it is or how much better it is than others, but while at a family get together, I went down to the cusins dock and cast into the creek it's on. I caught 2 blues real quick, but after that nothing. So, I know it will catch them.
